We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount. We appreciate your understanding, this policy helps us accommodate all clients more effectively.
Booking Policy
1. Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.
- You will be charged the full amount for your appointment.
4. Refunds & Prepaid Sessions
- Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.
- Prepaid packages or gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within time frame suggested by the practitioner but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled within policy guidelines.
5. Health & Safety
- Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, especially with symptoms of fever, cold, or flu.
- Notify us of any changes in your health or medications before treatment.
- If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please inform us in advance so we can adapt your session accordingly.
6. Communication
- Appointment reminders may be sent via text or email 24–48 hours in advance.
- Please confirm or contact us if you need to make changes to your booking.
